And bile is a yellowish-brown fluidly substance your liver produces and used to break up and digest fatty foods in the small intestine. So basically the crucial factor that plays main role in digestive role!

There could be many reasons that can cause gallbladder pains like biliary colic, gallstones, cholecystitis, pancreatitis and cholangitis. In crucial case, gallstones can creates blockage in smooth bile duct which cause severe cramp like pressure on gallbladders. It can be usually be experienced when you eat exceedingly then what you usually eat. In some other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, sudden or gradual decrease in appetite! The pain primarily in the upper right side of the abdominal area! Intensity of pain might differ from person to person, and it may also be accompanied with jaundice. There are several types of gallbladder diseases like, Cholecystitis which is inflammation of gallbladder, Choledocholithiasis, Acalculous gallbladder disease which caused by just gallbladder muscles or valve are not functioning in right order, Cholangitis which is referred to blockage in bile passage, Gangrene due to insufficient flow of blood and Gallbladder cancer which is rare and difficult to diagnose. And to avoid above diseases just visit doctor’s clinic when you frequently experience severe abdominal pain.

Thought most of the gallbladder can be cured by surgeries or dedicated medication course. And if you haven’t experiencing any pain then you can add following food item in your diet that could keep you away from potential risk of gallbladder problems.

Adding some fiber-rich fruits like avocados, cranberries, berries, grapes, cucumbers and beets and nutritional vegetables like broccoli, bell pepper or an orange which also adding vitamin C, can be a good kick start. Eating fibrous goods can put less pressure on your digestive system and make your system respond well with medication course.

Whole grain like oats, rice bran cereals, or multi-grain bread which are also great for being a wholesome fibrous meal!

Just make sure the amount of fat content you add through dairy product. and they are indeed nutritional but also contain fat content.

Ample amount water, cause dehydration is worst for digestion system. Especially when it need to be healed.
