Shipping Policy is known for its faster shipping across the globe. We make sure that the order is shipped within the promised period of time. Our customers can make orders on Saturdays and Sundays too but the order process will take place at the next working day. Once the product is shipped from our side, an email is sent to the customer with order tracking code and other product related details.
You can choose from the two types of shipment methods. Regular shipping will take 15 to 17 working days and the other method is express shipment that takes 7 to 10 working days. These both methods are used by our customers depending on the urgency to get the parcel. 

We shipped the parcel as per the information given by the customer. We assure our customers that they will get their parcel within the promised period of time as per our shipping policy.

  • We assign a special tracking code to every product we shipped. This code is mailed to the customer once the parcel is shipped from us. By using this code, customers can track their orders.
  • The parcel is packed with great care. No information is displayed on the cover that may reveal the content of the packet. We keep the info about the product as a secret.
  • If the parcel is shipped to wrong address or if you received it in damaged state then you can contact our customer support and ask for re-shipment.
  • The parcel will be handled to the customer physically and therefore if customers do not get the parcel he or she must get in touch with our customer care team about the same.
