In case a wrong parcel is delivered to you then we will make sure to re-ship the order which is free of cost. Or else our company will refund the full charge of the order, provided the mistake occurred is from our end.

If you receive parcel in damaged condition then you are liable to claim for full amount or get the new pack of medicines. But for this you have to provide the proof of the damaged parcel.

If the ordered drugs are not delivered to you within mentioned time span or days then we will look in to the matter and find the reasons for the delay. If the delay happens due to some irresponsibility from our side then you are eligible to claim your full amount as per the shipment method you’ve chosen or else the order will be reshipped at your door step, the choice is yours.
