  • If wrong parcel is shipped to you then we will re-ship the order free of charge or else give you 100% charge back provided the mistake is from our side.
  • If you receive damaged parcel then you can claim for total charge back or re-shipment of new parcel of drugs provided you have the proof of the damaged parcel.
  • If the order doesn’t reach to you within the specified time span then we will investigate about the delay and if we find that this delay is from our side then we will re-ship the order or satiate your claim for charge back. If you go for money back option then the refund will be estimated as per the shipment method chosen.
  • Refunds will be made at the starting credit card account of the customer.
  • This refund will appear in the statement within 10 to 15 working days.
