Maintain bedtime routine
The first and foremost thing for good sleep is to religiously maintaining bedtime routine. Ensure you wake up and sleep at same times every day. Following a regular bedtime routine gives time to your body to set off your circadian rhythms.
Make your bedroom sleep-friendly
Calm and comfortable bedroom should be the heaven for good sleep. Keep your room temperature comfortable to sleep in. The cooler, the better you can sleep. Your bedroom should be noise-free, serene and dim-lit. Before hitting to bed pull down curtains to block the outside light and use earplugs and eye-mask.
