Simply apply fresh lemon juice directly on the affected area and let it dry for half an hour. Applying only lemon juice may make your skin dry. Thus, dilute lemon juice by adding honey or rose water in it and then apply to your skin. Over time, it will improve your skin’s overall appearance.

Apple cider vinegar
Broad-spectrum usage of apple cider vinegar can be used to treat a number of skin problems including age spots. Dilute some apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water. You may add few drops of honey in this diluted mixture. Apply this on the affected area. Follow this remedy until you get positive results.

Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has cooling properties helps soothing many skin problems such as sunburns, freckles and age spots. Gently apply fresh aloe Vera gel on age spots and let it air dry. Frequently apply aloe Vera gel throughout the day as it quickly soaks in and doesn’t make your skin sticky. By this way, it will speed up the process of getting rid of age spots.

Papaya
Enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids present in papaya can help you to reduce age spots, blemishes and helps you lighten the skin tone. Take some freshly grated papaya and apply on your age spots. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy twice a day until the spots fade away.

Castor oil
Castor oil can be used to reduce age spots. You can also use vitamin E oil, coconut oil or almond oil to remove these unsightly age spots. Dip a cotton ball in a bowl of castor oil and apply it on the affected areas. Gently massage those areas and leave it for few minutes and wash it off. Do this remedy once in the morning and night to reduce age spots.
