Asthma

When your airways are inflamed or swollen, they become very sensitive causing you a number of symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and trouble breathing. Also, people with allergic asthma are extremely sensitive to those allergens in the air such as tree pollens or household allergens like dust mites and molds. Asthma can be proven life-threatening if the sufferer doesn’t have his or her emergency inhalers handy when they are out and alone.

Chronic bronchitis
COPD or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a progressive disease that makes breathing difficult. Irritants such as chemical smoke or cigarette smoke can cause trouble for your airways by producing thick mucus and pus and clogging the airways. As a result, one finds it difficult to breathe. Other irritants like air pollution and dust can also contribute to the development of COPD.

Tuberculosis
Tuberculosis, commonly known as TB is a bacterial infection and most often found in the lungs. TB can be effectively cured with the help of antibiotics. TB was once a widespread disease and people would fear of getting it. However, antibiotics helped to wipe out the infection virtually. But the fear still remains as multidrug-resistant TB can be resurfaced. It’s because the bacteria can become resistant to antibiotics making the treatment a prolonged one.
